ReplyDeleteHurricane Issac is definitely a push factor for Reserve, Louisiana and any other affected states. The people there are probably considering relocating. Because of the human environment interaction many if not all people will have to rehabilitate there home and town in order to regain civilization. I do feel remorseful for them but that's just the region they live in. They are more prone to getting hit by hurricanes. The place they live is very near The Gulf of Mexico and the Arctic Ocean. Therefore the picture shows that numerous people will have to move in order to survive.
